款項必須在4/16 (週一) 下午3:30 (當日銀行結束營業前)付款完畢。

1. 線上報名截止日: 2018年4月13日。不會因為線上報名有任何困難而有例外。我們歡迎會員和來賓們現場報名。請注意,晚宴報名必須在截止日前完成,無法在現場報名。請注意:線上報名截止後已報名的內容將無法做任何變動。謝謝。The online registration will be closed on April 13, 2018. There will be no exceptions made due to the difficulties late online registrations cause. All members and guests are welcome to register on site at the conference. However, please note that registration for dinner party must be done online before the deadline as no on site registration is accepted. Also please note that no changes to existing registrations can be done after online registration closes. Thank you for understanding.
 
2.所有的二日票方案只包含4/22(日)的午餐,4/21(六)的午餐需要在訂購春季大會門票的時候一併訂購。All 2-day tickets include the (day 2) 4/22 lunchbox only but you need to order it when purchasing your Springcon ticket. The 4/21 lunchbox can be ordered for NT$ 100 when purchasing your Springcon ticket.
 
3.學生票方案只提供給目前有效(付費)的學生。Student pricing is available for current active (paid) members who are students only. 
 
4.當您完成註冊後,會收到一封註冊確認的電子郵件,並提醒您於5個工作日內轉帳繳款。A registration confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after you complete your registration with a reminder to make payment within 5 working days of registration.
 
5.請協助在註冊後5個工作日內完成繳款。若您未在註冊後5個工作日內完成付款,此註冊將會被取消。不便之處,敬請見諒。Please make payment via wire funds transfer within 5 working days of registration. Kindly note that any registrations that are not paid within 5 working days will be canceled. Apologies for any inconvenience.
 
6.付款後, 請到「我的訂單」頁面並且輸入你的手機號碼。然後點選「輸入後5碼」並輸入你的帳戶後5碼。缺少了以上的資訊,我們無法確認你的款項。After payment is made, PLEASE go to the My Reservation page, enter your cellphone number and click 'Input last 5 digits' to key in the last 5 digits of your bank account number. Without this information, we cannot confirm your payment is received.
 
7.當付款至大會註冊的帳號後,您會收到一封付款確認的電子郵件,敬請留意。Please note that a payment received confirmation email will be sent to you after your payment has been received in the conference bank account.

 

                     2018春季大會退款機制 2018 Springcon Refund Policy               

有關部分會員註冊後有需方案變更和退款要求,因這將會提高大會團隊執行上的複雜程度,懇請先自行尋找替代者來解決, 若真的沒有辦法,請在4/13(五)晚上11:59前寄信通知註冊組Michael Woods (michaelwoods999@gmail.com), 我們會在大會結束之後安排退款。請注意,臨時未出席者恕無法退款,敬請您見諒!              

As making registration changes and refunds causes a great deal of extra complication to our processes, please do your best to find a replacement yourself and in case that is not possible, please email Michael Woods (michaelwoods999@gmail.com), Registration team by Friday 4/13 11:59pm and we will arrange for a refund to be processed after the conference. Please note there is no refund for no-show without prior notification in advance.
